Doctors Mark Bickers and Dan Eichenberger's return to private practice will bring over 60 years of medical experience to Concierge Care. We desire to bring back the personal care, and relationship patients once had with their doctors.

Concierge Medicine is a concept in medical care that allows medicine to be practiced in the way it should be; the way most people would like it to be. Highest quality; any time availability, something that is simply not possible in 'today's corporate mediated/insurance mandated healthcare delivery system.



We believe this level of medical care starts with highly trained, well-qualified, and experienced physicians. While 'NP's or 'PA's are typically very nice, well-intended, and often spend more time with the patients than some of their physician counterparts, they simply don't have the depth of knowledge and clinical experience that comes from the rigors and intensity of medical school and residency training programs.

Equally, if not more important to the excellence in medical care, is a concierge practice allows the access and availability of a quality physician.

Concierge Care of Southern Indiana is a much smaller office practice allowing virtually anytime/any day access to your doctor with direct phone, email, or text message access immediately or within the hour, and you can expect to be seen by the physician that day or within 24 hours depending on the clinical situation.

In addition to quality and access, Concierge Care will offer a range of services not commonly allowed under 'today's time/budget constraints. Services begin with a very thorough/complete executive type annual physical exam that includes, but is not limited to labs, x-ray, EKG, treadmill test, if indicated, and body composition analysis.

Our office environment will intentionally be a very comfortable, upscale office with no wait times. Patients will typically be scheduled for extended visits to accommodate ample face-to-face time for thorough evaluation and detailed discussion of the 'patient's problem and plan of management/treatment.
